Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, because subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, not by us. Cancel in the Play Store or App Store to stop future charges.

Deleting from inside the app is immediate — your account is gone by the time the screen closes. Emailed requests are actioned within 30 days, and usually much sooner; you will get an email confirming when it is complete.
This cannot be undone. Prayer journals are not recoverable once deleted. If you want to keep a copy of anything you have written, save it before requesting deletion.
You do not have to delete your account to step away. You can turn off all notifications in the app’s settings and simply stop using it — your journal stays private and untouched until you come back.
